Our partners

Our loyalty to Llandudno as a venue is repeatedly rewarded by the tremendous friendship and support extended to us there and across North Wales. In and around Llandudno, Mostyn Estates have offered valued advice and support and access to their wonderful properties unstintingly. Conwy Council helps us with road closures. Conwy Harbourmaster allows our use of the Promenade.

Across North Wales, Cadw has been there for us from the beginning, opening the castles of Caernarfon, Beaumaris and Conwy for our visitors out of hours. Gwynedd Council has made it possible for us to visit several venues over the years and Anglesey Council was among the first to support us. The National Trust has welcomed us at Plas Newydd, Erddig, Penrhyn Castle and Chirk Castle. The list of stately homes and other venues goes on yearly, and we are grateful to them all.

Then there are our hospitality providers in Llandudno—notable the hoteliers and their staff at The Imperial, The Empire, Osborne House and St. George's Hotels, and the management and staff of Venue Cymru, Bodysgallen Hall, The Castle at Conwy, and Wildwood. They benefit from the rally, but they also bend over backwards to ensure that we are well accommodated, and we thank them for it.

We remain grateful to event supporters for their support too. Support like this is important to us all and we have fine 2026 Event Partners. Let's focus on them here...
